Triopcion (hereinafter “Triopcion”, “we” or “the Agency”), a digital marketing agency based in Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and its service channels.
This policy sets out the guidelines under which Triopcion processes the personal data of its clients, prospects, suppliers, collaborators and website visitors, in compliance with article 15 of the Political Constitution of Colombia, Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and any regulations that modify, add to or complement them.
It applies to all personal data recorded in Triopcion’s databases, whether collected through the forms on this website, by email, social media, business meetings or in the performance of service agreements.

Inquiries about the data subject’s personal data will be answered within a maximum of ten (10) business days from receipt. If it is not possible to respond within that period, the requester will be informed of the reasons for the delay and the date on which it will be answered, which will not exceed five (5) business days after the first period expires (article 14, Law 1581 of 2012).
Claims for alleged non-compliance with the data protection regime must include: identification of the data subject, a description of the facts, a contact address and any supporting documents. If the claim is incomplete, the requester will be asked to complete it within five (5) days; if two (2) months pass without a response, the claim will be deemed withdrawn. A complete claim will be answered within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, extendable by eight (8) additional business days with prior notice to the data subject (article 15, Law 1581 of 2012).

Some of these providers may be located outside Colombia, which involves an international transfer of data to countries that, in some cases, offer adequate levels of protection or contractual safeguards in accordance with articles 26 and 27 of Law 1581 of 2012 and Title V of the SIC’s Single Circular. Triopcion requires its providers to maintain security and confidentiality standards consistent with Colombian regulations.
Triopcion does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
This site may use first-party and third-party cookies, tracking pixels and analytics tools to measure traffic, improve the browsing experience and optimize our own advertising campaigns. These technologies may collect browser identifiers and browsing behavior data in pseudonymized form.
Users can manage or delete cookies from their browser settings, and use the control tools offered by the platforms themselves (for example, Meta and Google ad settings). Disabling cookies may affect some features of the site.
Triopcion adopts reasonable technical, human and administrative measures to protect information and prevent its alteration, loss, consultation, use or unauthorized or fraudulent access, including: encryption of the site through HTTPS, transmission of forms over encrypted channels, access control to email accounts and to the site administration, credentials protected at server level and confidentiality duties for its team.
No system is infallible; in the event of a security incident affecting personal data, Triopcion will handle it in accordance with the law and report it to the SIC when applicable.
As data controller, Triopcion undertakes to: guarantee the data subject the full exercise of the right of habeas data; request and keep the authorization granted; report the purpose of the collection and the data subject’s rights; keep information under secure conditions; update and correct data when appropriate; process inquiries and claims within the legal terms; and comply with the instructions and requirements of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
Users guarantee that the data they provide is truthful, complete, accurate and up to date, and that they are entitled to provide it. Triopcion assumes no responsibility for inaccurate, false or outdated information provided by users, or for any damages arising from it. When a user provides personal data of third parties (for example, their company’s contact details), they declare that they have those data subjects’ authorization.
The content of this website is for informational and commercial purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of specific results: the performance of campaigns and projects varies according to the industry, the offer, account history and the allocated budget. The specific terms of each service are agreed in the corresponding business proposal and/or agreement.
This policy is effective from its publication date and will remain in force for as long as Triopcion processes personal data. Databases will be kept for the time needed to fulfill the purposes described and the applicable legal, accounting and contractual obligations.
Triopcion may modify this policy at any time. Substantial changes will be published on this website, indicating the date of the new version. Continued use of Triopcion’s channels after publication constitutes acceptance of the policy in force.
